LIMITED RESERVED GROOMING FORM

THREE RIVERS KENNEL CLUB OF MISSOURI

Thursday, 9/14/2023 @ 3:00 – Sunday, 9/17/2023

~ Reservations will not be accepted until 7/1/2023

~ Fee is $25.00 for each 5 X 10 space with electric for the entire event.

~ Reserved spaces are limited and will be determined on a first-come, first-served basis. The area will be clearly marked.

~ No request for a particular spot or to be set up near someone else will be honored unless reservations are mailed together.

~ Reservations will be accepted until August 31, 2023.

~ No access to reserved grooming until 3pm Thursday,

September 14th, 2023.

~ No refunds after show closing date August 30, 2023.

~ All reservations must be in writing on this form.

~ If Reserved Grooming is full, you will be notified by email.

~ Confirmation of space will NOT be sent out. Grooming assignments will be posted on the doors going into the Gateway Hall.

~ ALL DOGS LEFT OVERNIGHT IN BUILDING MUST HAVE ID CARD WITH NAME & PHONE NUMBER OFOWNER/AGENT.

A security guard will be in the building overnight on Thursday, September 14th, Friday, Sep 15th and Saturday, Sep 16th.

Dogs may be left in the Purina Event Center overnight on those evenings. In accordance with AKC policy, each dog that is left in the facility overnight must be identified with a tag stating the owner/agent’s name and where they can be reached in case of an emergency. In the event of multiple entries, one tag will be

sufficient provided it clearly outlines the number of dogs & the area in which they are crated.  A tag will available at the Superintendent’s desk.

~ No Soft-sided crates

FREE GROOMING will be offered in the Gateway Hall  of the Purina Event Center. There will be NO ELECTRIC in the Free LIMITED Grooming area. Exhibitors will need to stack crates and limit the number of tables. Chairs will not be allowed in Free Grooming area due to space limitations. Matts will not be allowed in the Free Grooming Area.  The Grooming Chairs & Show Committee

reserves the right to consolidate exhibitors' use of space in the Free Grooming area in order to accommodate as many exhibitors as possible. No saving spaces permitted. No exercise pens allowed.
