Vendor Booth Reservation – 2021
Dates: Friday, Saturday and Sunday, September 17th, 18th and 19th 2021
Friday, September 17th – Group Clubs and Specialty Clubs
Saturday/Sunday - September 18th and 19th - All Breed Shows
Location: Nestle Purina Event Center – Purina Farms, Gray Summit, MO Set-up can occur on Thursday, Sept. 16th after 3:00 PM CDT or after judging is completed for the day.
Booth Rental Fee: 10’ X 10’ – For the weekend $150.00 (Incl. Friday)
Refunds will be considered up until the time the entries close. There will be no refunds after the entries close.
Vendors must abide by all Purina Farms guest rules in addition to the guidelines outlined by the organization renting the facility.
Vendors must start moving out of the event area by 30 min after the end of the event. Vendor set-ups can’t be left in the event area in-between events.
Vendor trailers must be parked in a designated parking spot.
